Benedek Farkas
GitHubOrchard community member since 2011 and core contributor for more than a decade. Co-Founder and Managing Director of Lombiq Technologies, university guest lecturer since 2014. Full-stack and .NET developer and architect with multiple Orchard-based projects under his belt as a lead developer.
Burke Holland
GitHubBurke Holland is a front-end developer living in Nashville, TN; the greatest city in the world according to science. He enjoys JavaScript a lot because it's the only way he Node to Express himself. Get it? Never mind. Burke blogs only slightly better than he codes and definitely not as good as he talks about himself in the third person. Burke works with the VS Code team at Microsoft. You can find him on Twitter as @burkeholland.
Bruno Samardzic

He's implemented a number of systems on top of Orchard, including the a main website of one of the leading courier services in the region, IOT hubs and user portals. Been using orchard since v1 onwards.

Toby Dodds
GitHubToby Dodds is a career web professional based at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. As the Director of Web and IT he oversees the technical well-being of the Smithsonian Folkways website and digital collection. He has helped implement numerous innovations over his career and is a lifelong music enthusiast and avid photographer. He holds an undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Washington in Seattle, and a Masters in Library and Information Science degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C.

We've prepared an exciting program for you, with talks from renowned community members and other sessions to make Orchard Harvest the biggest Orchard Core event of the year.
Your host for the day will be Viktória Magyar, who's the main organizer of Harvest.
All sessions will be recorded and published on the Orchard YouTube channel after the event, so even if you can't make it live, you'll be able to see the sessions. However, being there live will allow you to ask the speakers, meet other community members, and have a lot of fun!
All indicated times are Las Vegas local time. After each session, you'll have a chance to ask questions, and we'll have a short break too.

The Content Warning module lets you hide some content behind a warning so that users can decide if they want to view it or not. In this session, you will get to see it in action and take a look at the code that makes it happen. We will see how this is done with a Shortcode as well as a Content Part that adds a wrapper to the parent Content Item.

Security Scanning an Orchard Core Application

As a web developer, you have tons of security aspects to keep in mind: preventing XSS and SQL injection, configuring HTTPS and HSTS, setting up the proper CSP headers… While you do need to understand these, you have help doing them right: security scanning! In this talk, I'll show you how you can scan your Orchard Core app for security issues with Zed Attack Proxy, also doing it automatically as part of UI testing.

Speeding Up: Custom Development

The talk's focus is on speeding up custom development via modules that bring new possibilities to Orchard Core. We have developed a module for creation & migration of DB tables, a module to fill these tables via CSV/Excel import and a module that shows them in dynamic tables with filters, sorters and more. All editable in admin, (almost) no-code required, so developers can focus on more complex tasks. Still a WIP though.
